Det Som Engang Var seems to be Varg’s first attempt at creating a perfect album. While it is perfect in my opinion, I removed one percent mark because it is not Burzum’s best. Varg went above and beyond with Fliosofem, making his best. If you are debating about which Burzum album to buy first, I would say that you can’t go wrong with Det Som Engang Var.
