Founded in 1974 by Harmonica player/vocalist Kim Wilson and guitarist Jimmie Vaughan (brother of Stevie Ray Vaughan), The Fabulous Thunderbirds were originally just a blues band, before their sound evolved to include Cajun, Soul and Rock influences.
