The 25th anniversary of the release of Coolio’s pivotal and best-selling album, Gangsta’s Paradise. The album produced three hit singles: the title track “Gangsta’s Paradise” (first used in the 1995 film Dangerous Minds), “1, 2, 3, 4 (Sumpin’ New)”, and “Too Hot”. The album received a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Album, with lead single “Gangsta’s Paradise”, taking home the Grammy. Award for Best Rap Solo Performance in 1996.
